Welcome to the official website of Danielle Bennignus – her whimsical illustrations, and what's happening with them today. Here you will see where they are showing up in the media, and how to commission works for your own projects.

For those new to Mrs. Bennignus' work, she is pleased to introduce you to her creative world – inspired by the past yet distinctly modern, her work is primarily pen and ink. Self taught, she has found great influence in the work of her predecessors – Aubrey Beardsley, Al Hirshfeld, Max Beerbohm and John Held, Jr. to name a few. Her work has appeared in a Waterford Marquis china and ornament pattern, various publications, and, of course, in her ever-popular Greyhound Benefit Store merchandise.

Danielle Bennignus' interests are vast – included among them are ballet, vaudeville, circus arts, historic costume...the list goes on. Her two veritable obsessions, however, are historic amusement parks and greyhound adoption, which frequently make appearances as themes of her work.
